He's a great person, extremely likable... but a terrible sales person, which essentially that is what recruiting is. I have a friend that is loved by everyone... one of the nicest guys you ever meet. His wife joined some vacation timeshare/mlm thing and we got invited to it. Anyhow, when we arrived at their place, my friend pulled me to the side and basically said he was so embarrassed by this dumb meeting and appreciated us for coming, but he didn't expect us to buy anything.

This is kind of how I see Kalani... just a lovable guy, but a terrible sales person.
