The G&F have finally confirmed a sighting, which means it's been happening for a while
and they're finally admitting it. This is something the state agencies are reluctant to do.
People have been seeing them in the bighorn mountains for years, but the G&F wouldn't confirm it until they had to - when a grizzly was caught killing cattle and the rancher had to be reimbursed.
