PTO continued- I agree and do the same but if you had a job where you required
everyone to be there or they could work wouldn’t that change your view on PTO?
I figure there are jobs where this would matter. Assume a factory. Maybe I’m wrong.
If someone has kids doctors appointments just go do it. Send me a text. Save your PTO
