Not really sure there is any actual truth to this. Actions speak louder than
Words.
And the actions they’ve taken isn’t “equal pay” at all. The mentorship program isn’t set up like that at all. It’s a pretty standard setup I presume where there are different tiers for different levels of players.
I do think they need to add individual NIL deals on top of what they have currently— in todays era you do have to pay up for a handful of guys.
