I’ve said that on here before, it may not work the way he wants it to play out.
I think his plan is to bring guys in and increase NIL as a way to keep them at BYU. I believe he wants as many team NIL deals as possible but NIL isn’t the same across the board, the upper classmen and starters get more I’m sure.

The possible problem I see is Aaron Dunn going to take less than Lapuaho just because he’s a freshman and Lapuaho is SR. Should Dunn get less even though he’s a highly rated prospect that BYU really wants to get him onboard.

I think you’re going to lose a lot of recruits by not making exceptions for top talent and certain positions. I know he doesn’t want to create problems in the locker room over who is getting more NIL, but I believe that the players have to realize if they want to win, it’s just the way it has to be.
