Players play, coaches coach and "usually" the team with the better players will win. You have to be able to attract the better players to your program, and that is why KY and his staff are so valuable at BYU.

I'm quite sure that Coach Young is a terrific Xs and Os coach, but without the better talent, it wouldn't make that much of a difference. His strength is getting the "right/talented" young men to believe that he is the one that will give them the best shot at the next level. It hopefully will become cyclic in that success will breed even more success. Hopefully, this is just the begining of future NBA players jumping on board the Cougar Express.
