and the districts like them will often times have 4,5, or 6 teams per age group which often times creates really solid B and C teams who may face A teams in the playoffs.

UYFC is known to pass more than Ute conferences, but the top divisions of both

Ute conference does have a “true champion” at every age group. They have the championship bracket, then it is the bowl

Exactly. If the team gets better or worse from the prior year seeding, then it gets reshuffled after the first 4 games.
