This just looks like proper help defense with proper switching. If the on-ball
defender gets beat that badly the closest defender should instinctively step in to stop the ball and the guy that originally got burned should recognize that and switch. We can call it the Peel and Switch, I guess... but, it doesn't seem any different than what I was taught for help/switch defense years ago.
