I am taking my family on vacation to Alaska Aug 4-11, and would like to do some salmon fishing while there. We will spend 3 days near Denali and 4 on the Kenai peninsula. One of my boys prefers a spinning rod and the other will use a fly rod. They have lived their whole lives in Texas so this will be a new style of fishing for them.

Any suggestions on where to fish and what flies/lures to use would be greatly appreciated.
