Spot on your butt. Noticed there were a few seats open, one row had no one sitting in it. I asked after we were airborne if I could move to the seat but was told I couldn't because it's an exit row and costs $20 more, and you have to pay when booking. Wife's seatback entertainment screen wasn't working and neither was the wifi. Flight attendant said she could look out the window for 5 hours instead. The flight attendants were rude in every exchange, never helpful. Flight crew seemed to view passengers as an inconvenience to doing their jobs instead of viewing us as the reason they have jobs. I've flown Southwest and Delta many times and other airlines as well, but have never been treated as poorly as this flight.
