bloody mucus, all the signs of a sinus infection, but that went away and then I started having a dry cough worse than I have ever had in my life. Nothing has helped. One night I coughed every breath. The cough sort of subsided some, but still there. Then yesterday morning I started having severe diarrhea, stomach cramps, chills, body ache, fever. I am able to keep some fluids down, but am essentially tied to the toilet and have been for 24 hours plus. This is way worse than anything I have had for a while, including COVID. COVID was nothing compared to this. Mainly it is just getting annoying since it is going on a couple weeks or feeling okay one day and terrible the next.
