Plenty of LDS high level baseball players have been ignored outside of Utah.
I think the 2022 class had 8 out of the 9 incoming freshman from Utah and 1 from Hawaii. Not saying that there isn't talent to be had in Utah but those numbers are not going to cut it in the Big 12 and BYU needs to work harder outside of the intermountain west

I've lived in Utah for about 30 years and I really can't remember a time that BYU baseball was good or generating any
