Jaren Hall before his jr and senior seasons. Hall really had a big arm change and got a lot more velocity and accuracy while at BYU. I’m in no way saying hillstead is not good. He has a good arm and he has elite running capability. I said this before he reminds me of a taysom hill type QB but already has the arm rays on had late in his career. I watched hillstead a lot in high school. He is on the short side but you can get away with that more in college now.
