-Strip mining for cobalt, nickel and lithium.
-Way more particulate emissions than gas cars.
-old cars were 95% recyclable. EV less so.
-EVs go to landfill after ~10 yrs since cost to replace batteries is too much.
-roads wear out faster with these heavy EVs.
But let's deal with the last item first.. "roads wear out faster with these heavy EV's"
The Model 3 is 64lb heavier than the BMW 'Lightened' M3.
The Model 3 is 709lb LIGHTER than a 3 series AWD (xDrive).
