Not that many go the college route especially Canadians.

They have to turn 18 that September. And not many play high school it’s major junior programs or European pro or NCAA

18-20 they have a cap for older too.

Numbers wise the CHL still holds the majority of all drafted players. It’s probably closer to 65-70 now then 90 but its
