If you gave people 1000 points or whatever for sending in a "Praise" comment, then people LOOK for the good, and see more good, and are happy. If you reward complaining, you get more complaining.

But it doesn't work that way.

Totally agree ... if she is going to complain about others, then she TOTALLY has to accept others complaining about her and giving her 1 star reviews, etc.

If you are nice, guess what, others tend to be nice back. If you celebrate the politics of personal destruction of someone else .... WELL, I suspect others will really really enjoy getting to destroy you as well.
