I fly with Delta a lot. I see FAs using their phones when sitting in their jump seats. Who cares??? They can’t provide
Service right then. They are almost always helpful during the flights. This woman ended up finding an incentive she decided to take advantage of. She seems like she would be a real gem to be around.
