Guessing not wearing shoes? No harm waiting to see what happens. I wouldn’t put my child on an antibiotic for that.
Maybe epson salt soak once/day. But really nothing you do is likely to help much an inch deep where an infection could presumably start.

Are you confident the whole thing came out when you removed it? If so I would just watch the area closely for a few days
