Are you confident the whole thing came out when you removed it? If so I would just watch the area closely for a few days
and if any sign of infection begins then get in quickly somewhere to get an antibiotic, and possibly an x-ray or ultrasound to check for any remaining foreign body

Guessing not wearing shoes? No harm waiting to see what happens. I wouldn’t put my child on an antibiotic for that.
