All good.... there's nothing wrong with having those teetering feelings when things are going badly. Also nothing wrong
with switching if things got completely out of control either.
It's the "fans" that stick around and turn ugly, lashing out against the coaches and players without restraint 'cause it's not going our way. Blurting out "game over" when there's 7 minutes left in the FIRST HALF is what's being called out. Saying a player is having an off-night is one thing, but calling him an idiot, mentally weak, lazy, or useless is where lines should be drawn.... that's the fair-weather types we're referring too. Based on your post, that sure doesn't seem to apply to you.
