no that's a different lawsuit, but due to injunction in other case the NCAA has

given a blanket waiver for all multi-transfers for this season. Litigation with NCAA is ongoing in other case (although judge ruled in favor of player plaintiffs on the preliminary injunction), but its uncertain what the transfer rules will be (if there will be any at all) after this season.
