On your first chart, shouldn’t each row sum up to 100%? For example, it doesn’t make sense that Houston has a 99% chance to be 1st but Iowa State has a 16% chance as well, while OSU and WVU combine to have a 52% chance to have the worst seed when they are the only teams possible to finish last. Maybe I’m wrong, but seems all rows should add up to 100%.
