Calories can be cut to lose fat but muscle is spared with high percentage of protein to non protein energy + resistance training. Doesn’t even need to be a lot of resistance training, probably 2 times a week as stimulus.
I’ve had friends lose weight with shots. Lots of muscle waisting because of the food they do eat is low in protein. People think bacon and cheese is good protein 🤦♂️
One friend is gaining it all back now they are taking a break from the shot because they never learned part. They see the weight loss as a bucket they can fill back of with junk food binges and take shot again.
We are still in trouble people.
