I can’t speak to the PAC 12 Network
but the camera angles are the same as most every game that is aired by anyone. They show replays at different angles and vantage points just the same.
The announcing is hit or miss. I can’t imagine it’s much worse than whomever the PAC 12 Network hires.
Some BYU fans and Jazz fans have been muting TV announcers for decades in favor of local radio broadcasts. Usually because they prefer hearing a homer broadcast.
