Unless those schools sell out - that size difference is irrelevant. U need a
large fanbase to. Be able to justify building a large arena. BYU actually has reduced seating capacity in the Marriott Center since it was built.
It seated well over 20,000 back in the day and sold it out regularly when Cosic played.

This word, attendance, I don’t think it means what you think it means. Lots of teams fail to fill their arena.
