KWhitt went 5-7 two out of his first three years and has had reasonable success in the PAC 12. OKSU went 6-6 last year after a great start to the season and then turned things around and played in the conference championship this year.

Give it time. The average rating of our recruits has gone up for few years in a row and we retained all of our top players from last year. Our S&C staff is going to be getting a lot bigger and hopefully our recruiting staff too. We’re finally paying enough to get good coaches across the board.
