Top end QB? Or the rest of the Pac 12 literally tanked with bad hires? I'd
Say utah got there with decent (not top end) QBs when the Pac 12 bottomed out in 2020/21. Credit utah for keeping on doing what they were doing, but they were also the only ones not rebuilding after failed coaching hires.
