Corner Canyon recruited athletes like we’ve never seen before in Utah. They were so vastly superior to all of their opponents that it doesn’t require elite QB talent to succeed with the states best Oline and State’s best receivers. He’s obviously a good athlete and a good QB but I think the 4 star rating was very generous.
If and when he gets a shot at Utah, it will be the first time in his football career where his team isn’t significantly more talented than his opponents. That’s a different dynamic that he’s never experienced before. He will see for the first time in his life that playing equally good talent or even better talent is much more difficult than playing inferior teams.
