If my son were Marcus Adams, absolutely yes. It's otherwise a fair question. But probably yes if he's an above average
player because, nowadays, most good players can make a living playing ball after college somewhere. The player still gets 4 years of paid school. I'm sure there are circumstances where it would be too risky.
