There is NO reasonable reason why the NCAA keeps kids like Adams hanging in the wind while the season is progressing. They should have been able to give him an answer--yea or nay--long before the season ever started. What their decision would have been is immaterial to this discussion. It's the constant foot dragging that impacts players and teams and makes it almost impossible to plan for the season and the future. Just make a decision before the season starts so everyone knows what you're dealing with! Keeping everyone in limbo for extended periods of time is ridiculous!
