That's why they offered her all her perks. ie:
Associate head coach of the program. Head coach of women's cross country and a pay increase. Then they brought in Tiffany Lott Logan who was the associate head coach of Weber State. This has eased her burden and brought more name recognition especially since Stephanie left.
After it was made public that she had been offered by Stanford and Oregon and turned her dream jobs, someone asked her why. Her response, "dreams change." I don't think she's going anywhere until the women's track team is doing better overall. Just my opinion. Besides, she likes BYU.
I do think that if Ed were to retire and the Director's job wasn't offered to her, she'd leave BYU. Maybe not that same year, but as soon as a position opened on the west coast, she would leave. Besides, her husband wasn't keen on staying. He wanted to go back to California.
