According to the report, BYU pays it's coaches right around $15.5M ($15,534,809). So for BYU to be "in the red" by $12M just for coaches pay, they would need to spend over $27M just on coaches salaries alone.
As a point of reference, Utah pays it's coaches just over $19M. Does anyone really think we're paying our coaches $8M more than Utah?
