so I don’t agree with those saying it’s stupid.

I would understand the NCAA’s hesitancy if he had played for anny of the teams. if they grant his waiver without sufficient evidence anyone could claim hazing and transfer.

But he never played for them! Clearly he isn’t changing because of lack of playing time etc. Clearly it was other circumstances and I don’t think he should be punished for it.
