When you only have a Coaching Staff of 10 you see and talk with him at least a little almost ever day your in the football building. and you build a personal relationship it's not Kalani like is over a staff of hundreds of employees and barley knows the guy or rarely talks with him.
He's been with Kalani from the very beginning and Kalani ultimately hired him Arod was not the coordinator when Clark was hired.
He always harps on he's culture is Love and family is that how you treat family?
Not saying Arod shouldn't have handled the actual firing but personally think Kalani was a Coward for at least not being in the room he owed Clark at least that respect in my opinion.
But good people can disagree will just have to respectfully disagree.
Personally I think Kalani fired the wrong person it should have been Arod that got fired the offense wasn't just bad it was HISTORICALLY bad.
Heck maybe Arod fired Clark because he felt threatened by him lots of folks have commented he's brilliant At xs and Os he's been an Offensive Coordinator before and was successful we have all seen that in corporate word also who knows.
