Going through Utah's QBs, most make sense

• Rising: Playing him means no med RS, so he's out
• Rose: Playing him means no med RS, so he's out
• Barnes: Apparently injured, so he's out 
• Johnson: Apparently no longer with the team, so he's out
• Howard: True Freshman, could play and still RS
• Bottari: ...senior walk-on that I have questions about.  Apparently he's still with Utah? In May he announced he was transferring to Cal. There's photos (https://www.mercurynews.com/2023/08/30/cal-turns-to-transfer-portal-to-restock-roster-break-out-of-losing-rut/) of him practicing with Cal in August. But his social media all still says Utah and he's listed on the Utah roster and not Cal. Curious what happened there 

So yeah, it's between Howard and Bottari, but the real question is why not Nate Johnson. I get that he's transferring and that honestly makes perfect sense to me. I would if I were him. But why not take the opportunity to play a game and get some tape out there, even if you'll be leaving?
