That's a much lower bar in terms of total wins than the minimum for a WCC team. SOS will be through the roof, though, so winning 20 games in the B12 will be no easy feat and a team that wins that much would be NCAA bound if they played in an easier conference. The WCC had a lot of power on top (Gonzaga's resume is beyond reproach), but losses to anyone besides to top 2 teams were resume killers in March.
