...TCU was just in the NC game and return the starting QB that Duggan replaced due to injury. They'll be good. you totally overrated some teams and underrated others.
S - TCU / ?
A- OK St / Kansas State / Texas Tech / Utah
B - UCF / BYU / Baylor / Kansas / Iowa St
C - Cincy / West Va / Arizona State / Colorado /
D - Arizona / Houston
Overrated teams:
Cincy is going through a massive overhaul, coaches, players everything. WVA also is overrated. Their coach is about to get fired. ASU is another hot mess trying to rebuild. Colorado has an almost brand new team, hard to say whether they'll be improved or not in 2 yrs. Utah was good the past few years but when they join the Big12 they will be replacing their QB1 and TE1 (both guys were critical drivers in that success). OK St has a good coaching staff but they've been having a hard time hanging onto players (esp at QB). They'll be in the top half of the league but not sure they're title contenders. Baylor is a solid team but their offense is a little boring.
Underrated teams:
Kansas is an up and comer with maybe the most talented individual player in QB Jalen Daniels. He alone will win them some games (provided he can stay healthy). Texas Tech is a solid program and will push to be in the top half of the league. Same with Iowa St. BYU is underrated as well.
I think one exciting thing with regards to the new conference (after Texas and OK leave) is that it will be wide open as to teams having a chance to play for a Conference title. Who ever wins it will have to duke their way to the title.
