actually got them to increase offer. I started today and it's great. I'll work about ten hours less a week, and make 30% more.

Not sure if it was a poster on the original thread or my brother, or both, but you all convinced me if they were offering a job to me in less than a day, I could get them higher. So I got them from 20% higher than my current wage to 30% higher.

Prior job wasn't showing me the door, but was going to make me go hybrid (instead of pure work from home). S-rizzle was right I think, best mistake I ever made.
