Structured workouts. A lot of people burn themselves out doing too hard of sessions too frequently.
In this guys scenario he’s barely getting out for 15-30 minutes and bet he’s not getting constant pressure on the cranks.
For this guy I would do a heavily polarized training plan where he’s doing no more than two threshold or greater workouts a week and do the balance as longer endurance rides.
I think at that price it would be a great complement to his existing support network and help him avoid burnout.
