Downtown York, PA is something like 80% rental properties. Building a community
Becomes really hard when you don’t have homeowners.
Nothing wrong with renters, but they tend to be short term and don’t always take care of things the way a homeowner would.
You need owners to get the stickiness for long term community growth and development.
