Before divorce, we lived in a house built for $5K or so until I was 4. It would be worth $350K today. Heber.

Then another Heber house bought for $15K or so. It would be worth nearly $500K today.

Then Sandy with Mom after divorce. White City area. $15K house. Probably about $500K today.

Then Provo. $17K ir so. Probably nearly $600K today.

Then Heber with my Dad. He built for about $25K and later added on. That one is torn down and zoned commercial now. Would be worth $800-900K if still around.

I bought my 1st home in Heber in 1972 for $17,500. Finished basement later. Sold it in 2015 for $250K or so. It would be worth over $500K now.

Bought my 1st CA home for $34,750 in 1975 in Orange County. It Zillows out at $850K.

My current home is in an Orchard and thus hard to compare - but it is worth more - not including the value of the 20 acre orchard - than any of my childhood homes. My full siblings have homes comparable in value to our childhood homes or slightly above.
