I wouldn't have a problem with that at all. Maybe leave only upper bowl in each endzone as bleachers for
economy seating.
As far as filling the stadium, I'm sure the next few yrs will seen an increase in attendance but I'll bet we won't fill it completely once the newness of being in the Big 12 wears off.

"creature comforts"? It's a football stadium that you're there for about 3.5 hrs, 6 times per year. What do you expect?
