I would lean Long Island.
Crunch the numbers, but cost of living seems to come down to cost of real estate more than anything else. If homes or renting in Long Island costs more then the $50k difference compared to Vegas then maybe it doesn’t make sense. But better benefits and tons of vacation? Yes please.
