Too simplistic. Need to adjust for opponent. Best and worst teams are correct.
Also for time slot. For example BYU might be being dragged down by playing PAC teams that draw poorly.
I'd say the teams at the top of the list and the bottom of the list are correct. It's really bad for ESPN when teams that draw poorly are winning (Clemson and Utah are examples of this phenomenon).
