21-14 with Utah marching down the field, averaging 6 ypc and 200 yards rushing when Rising went down
after getting another first down.
The year before, Utah had the ball with the score tied when Rising left the field.
KW said his game plan was to ride out the clock that drive and keep tOSU off the field. I didn't believe it at the time TBH.
Then Utah did that exact same against USC, the first game, to win 43-42.
I get it. Every time Utah loses, it's a blowout or an embarrassment.
But there's a reason why the polls were friendly to Utah after the loss.
