I think we should be first to express sympathy for someone that is clearly
Grieving the loss of her parents. That’s very rough to have happen for someone. By all appearances, she is one of our own…a true blue fan at the core. Let’s support her.
I don’t begrudge BYUs policy, but I hope they reach out to her. Not because she is entitled to it, but because she and her family have been loyal fans for literally generations. If they reached out with a kind gesture, I think that would be a nice touch for a grieving family. Its good customer relations.

I love how brave she is to no longer allow random people to reply to her after she asks for people to reach out to her.

Ya, everyone loses loved ones but her situation is different, worse, and harder than others so please give her sympathy.
