I regret to inform you that you don’t have the time you think.
The current deal expires June 30, 2024. That is 18 months from now. If there is no deal in the next five months PAC schools will jump because it would be too risky to stay. They would need to give notice by June 30, 2023 to give a future conference time to plan. The league is backed into a corner and Kliavkoff’s desperation shows it.
