Nah...BYU fans, Dodd and Big 12 are tainting the story. Much better to be objective. The P12 is trying to get
the best deal possible. While waiting, 6 teams just finished in the top 20, UCLA has had some push back from its board, 12-team format just got approved, CCG had its highest viewership in history and the P12 just won a heisman.
Good change Penix, Rising, Nix and Williams all come back next year while UCLA lands a top tier transfer.
All in a matter of 2-3 months.
I bet all 5 of those teams (UW, O, USC, Utah, UCLA) start up in the top 20 for 2023.
If Rising comes back, both Utah and USC will start in the top 7. Next year will be fantastic.
Looks like waiting has only been productive. Not sure there is a need to rush into a deal.
