I’m not sure about 200+ but my friend just graduated with a BS in CS and got a
job with Facebook. His total first year compensation with stock and signing bonus was $180k.
It will drop for his 2nd year because there won’t be a signing bonus but the compensation catches up pretty quickly as the years of experience add up.
