I have new grads with jobs from Google/Apple etc applying for my rental apartments... plenty make north of $200k.

Yeah, the huge jump in total comp comes from vesting stocks from the FAANG

Entry level at google is around $200k total comp. 135 cash, 20 bonus rest stock.
